Barney Space Adventure

On the 2nd day of the long weekend, we went to Expo to catch Barney Space Adventure show. We went earlier to have lunch at Burger King before going for the Barney show. Many kids were seen carrying either a barney, BJ or Baby Bob soft toy in their arms. Daddy had explicitly told mummy not to buy any more soft toys for me as i don't play with my soft toys once i brought it back home. So far i have amassed over 10 soft toys like mickey mouse, Minnie mouse, pooh bears in 3 different sizes, care bears and a parrot. We bought tickets for the 2pm show and i was seated with mummy behind Da Yi and family. I was pretty excited when i first saw Barney appearing on stage. But as the time goes by, my excitement died down. I stared blankly at the stage and then turned behind to see the audience seated behind me. I was clearly not interested in the show. After the break, we went to squeeze into the seats together with Da Yi family. Barney Space Adventure wasn't really interesting for me and super boring for mummy. I have never heard most of the songs that they sang that day. Thus i couldn't partake in the dancing and singing with Barney and friends. After the show, Caris and Chloe went to buy the Barney Space Adventure T-shirts. Mummy and me just watched and we didn't buy anything.

Beary Fun House

The Hari Raya long weekend was super duper fun and packed with so many activities. On Hari Raya day itself, we went Auntie Bear's place at 3pm for a play date with the "Nov babies". Well, i shouldn't say babies, it should be toddlers because we are all grown up. There's Zachary,Yu Fei, Yu Qi, Clara and Caden. We had a little snack and play time together. I like the kitchen set and had lots of fun playing with it. Zac has so many toys and it was sure enough to keep all of us occupied and entertained. After the play date, we adjourned to grandma's place at around 5.30pm. Grandma invited some relatives over to her place for a small gathering and she cooked "thunder tea rice". Everybody loves the dish including me. I like french bean, cai xin n tofu with my rice. After dinner, i played with my relatives. Some of my relatives were asking daddy and mummy when they are planning for another sibling for me. I think daddy is under a lot of pressure now. We left grandma's place soon after and we went home for a quick shower before going over to Da Yi's house to help Da Yi Zhang to fix some computer stuffs. I like going over to Da Yi's house to play with Caris and Chloe.

Family Day Out

Mid Autumn Festival is just around the corner and that means i need to get a lantern. Here's mummy and me shopping for one.
And there a lot of variety. See there's so many lanterns to choose from. Where do i start?
In the end, mummy picked 3 designs and let me choose among them. I picked the bear bear lantern. (not in this pic)
Then we went shopping at Gap. Look at this winter jacket, very pretty on me right? But sadly we are not going overseas for winter so just trying the jacket for fun.
Chilling out at Starbucks and stealing a sip of latte . Nice!
Daddy approved this Mickey Mouse puzzle. He bought this for me at Toy R Us.
While daddy is not looking, i went to get another sip of the cold icy drink.
Can't seem to stop drinking. The caffeine is so addictive. Oops, too young for caffeine mummy said.
Happy mummy and me. Always happy whenever we are out shopping.
After the shopping trip at Vivo city, daddy drove down to Tagore Ave to buy me my very advance birthday present. I love this car when i saw it at Northpoint last Sunday and daddy decided to buy it for me. I got it in Princess Coupe! Thanks Daddy, i love the car to bits!

Farewell Auntie Siti!

At Changi Airport, sending Auntie Siti off to her home town after her 2 years contract with Da Yi's family. Here's a picture of Caris, Chloe and me in front of a big pot of orchids.
Bidding farewell to Auntie Siti. Thanks for bathing me and cooking for me when i'm at Grandma's house.
Having lunch at Pizza Hut and doodling away while waiting for our food to be served. See how serious we are.
"Hey, what are you drawing Caris?"
The kids busy with their drawings while the adults fussed over what to order for lunch.
"Hmmm....what should i draw next?"

Happy Sunday

5th Sep was Shu Shu's birthday and we went for lunch together at Mayim Restaurant at Northpoint. While waiting for the table, i saw these little tikes cars with trolley parked in front of the restaurant. I immediately ran with great speed to get into the cars. I first got into the yellow and green car and pretended to drive like daddy and grandpa.
Then i decided to get out of it to hop onto the next car parked behind.
It is a police car and i drove the car with great delight. See how wide my smile is.
Not long i hopped onto the next available car, a multi coloured one.
For the rest of it, i hopped from one car to the next. Getting in and then getting out of the cars.
I was having so much fun.
Then along came Grandpa who helped to push the car while i drive.
Mummy decided i had enough fun playing with the cars and bought me to the florist. She wanted to get a balloon for Shu Shu for his birthday. But i merely pretended to give the balloon to Shu Shu and requested for it back within seconds. I love balloons too!
After lunch and heading home. I'm still mesmerised by the balloon. "See! Look at my balloon".
Hehe, running with my balloon.
After a short rest at home, mummy asked daddy to drive us to sembawang park. Ever the obliging and loving daddy, he did so. Here's a photo of us at the beach.
And one of me with mummy.
I wanted to go into the waters but daddy said the waters is dirty as the shipyard is just next to us. Sigh! Well, probably mummy can arrange with Auntie Jacqueline to go to East Coast Park someday.

U for Umbrella

Looks like Singapore weather has become really unpredictable. May was supposed to be a hot season but it was raining frequently and eventually the heavy and constant downpour has caused our famous orchard road belt to be flooded and then the rain keeps bringing news of flooding in many parts of Singapore. Now it's September and it's still raining more than before.
I remembered i was supposed to go to school one day in August but mummy and i were sort of stranded at the bus stop near our house. The heavy rain was making us wet all over and about 15-20 mins of waiting at the bus stop, mummy decided to go home instead as the rain was simply too heavy for us to stay dry by the time we reached my school. Since then i was quite prepared for wet days cos i've gotten my hello kitty raincoat and my pink umbrella. Hmmm..... i think mummy missed out my paddington boots though. Speaking of umbrella, i must say i really love my brolly. It has become a favourite toy to me. I like to open up my umbrella and swing it around. I also use it as a walking stick and poke the tip of the umbrella hard on the ground as i walk. I even attempted to fire my "gun" at daddy. Haha, these are all the little fun moments i got from a simple UMBRELLA. Oh i can find many uses for my umbrella.

Start of my term 3 holidays!

My term 3 holidays starts today and what did i do today?
We went to Simsville today to attend a full month party. Upon reaching the condominium, i was greeted by the sight of the inviting swimming pool. I was so excited and kept saying "swimming, swimming". However as usual, mummy won't prepare my swimming stuffs as we are supposed to attend a party and not there to go swimming.
After the party, we went to parkway parade shopping mall for some shopping. Daddy decided to pay grandpa a visit at his workshop after our shopping as we were in the vicinity. We bought some kuey kuey and headed to Kaki Bukit. It was my first time visiting grandpa at his workplace. Grandpa was very happy to see me but as i just woke up from my nap i was pretty grouchy. After a little while, Grandpa gave me a packet of chrysanthemum tea and i felt happy after that. About 30-45mins later, we went back to my grandparents' house first and grandpa joining us later for dinner.
