Happy Moo Moo Year celebration

It's been a hectic week of CNY celebration with loads of visitations to relatives' homes. I guess i didn't really enjoy CNY cos it's so noisy and crowded that i can't sleep and drink my milk in peace. I was so moody and i dislike all the attentions showered onto me, it made me feel like an exhibition. Mummy's going to be the happy one cos she collected so many ang pows for me, showed me off like a prized possession to all the relatives and most importantly she get to play dressing up with me! I was dressed like a ballerina on Day 1 and a flower on Day2 of CNY. Perhaps CNY will be more fun for me next year as i should be able to walk by then and can finally have a taste of all the new year goodies which i am deprived of now.

Pre-CNY Updates

Chinese New Year is just round the corner, 3 more days to go. This is the first CNY i will be celebrating, i hope it will be a fun one with lots of visiting and cuddles from friends and relatives. Mummy hasn't been doing much spring cleaning this year cos she is busy attending to my every needs. I have been so eager learning to interact and play that i hardly sleep now. I can now do a good giggle, smile and thrash my fists and legs if you make me amused! Tomorrow i going to have a early reunion dinner with "PoPo" and all my Ah Yis and Yi Zhangs.... and of course cousins Caris and Chloe!

Steamboat Dinner

My household is bustling with so much activities and life today. Mummy is hosting a steamboat dinner for her friends and she invited auntie Jac & uncle Lawrence, auntie Sharon & uncle Nelson, auntie Serene & uncle Jiaren, auntie Susan and doggie wangwang. I was fussing quite a bit in the early evening and wasn't in a pretty mood and i guessed i almost drive daddy nuts with all my incessant crying. My mood only change for the better after mummy cleaned me up. The hot weather should be the main reason for my fiery mood. Anyway when i am more settled in the evening, i can be a real charmer. See the number of aunties and uncles in queue waiting to carry me. Ke..Ke.. Mummy was so busy with the preparation and cleaning up but she sure is happy to have all her friends come together and catch up with one another. I had a fairly good day today!

I'm 3 months now!

I'm 3 months as of today! Daddy and mummy brought me to the PD at Thomson Medical for my 5 in 1 jab today and i weigh in a good 5.93kg now. The PD told mummy that i'm doing really fine and at this stage if i sleep and drink lesser, it's actually normal as i am learning to play more. I'm glad the doc told mummy that if not she will always put me in the electronic cradle to make me sleep.

P.S Mummy loves the latest VISA commercial and finds it very entertaining that she asked daddy to make a replica of it for her. Check it out!

I'm a Mighty Saver

Uncle Darren dropped by our house in the early afternoon. I was still asleep then when the clock reads 12 noon. I slept from 12.30am till 12 noon and i only woke up in between for feeds. Oh My! I can really sleep like mummy. Daddy says this is the only one thing i have in common with mummy.
Today daddy and mummy brought me to the bank. I am officially a young mighty saver and i am going to save hard for my future. With the Chinese New Year coming, i believe i will be able to save more. Yippee!!! Will get mummy to deposit all the ang pow collections for me! Saving is FUN.

Mini Me Gathering

Yesterday, i was out with mummy the whole afternoon. Mummy has arranged a meeting with Auntie Penny so that Baby Claudia and Baby Rachelle can meet up. He..He We took the MRT to Causeway Point and this was my second trip on the train. My eyes were only on mummy the entire trip because i was grateful to her for bringing me out. Yippee! Claudia Jie Jie shaved her head bald when she turned 4 mths, i'm not ready to go bald yet and i'm turning 4 mths in a mths time. It's really frightens me cause i really don't want to look like a little monk. People will think i'm a boy boy for sure. Mummy wanted to take pictures of me with Claudia Jie Jie but we will both taking turns to sleep so the idea was aborted. Actually i'm more of the sleepy head. I was asleep most of the time. Sleep, drink milk, sleep, drink milk again. Anyway mummy will arrange for us to meet up again soon. So no worries, we will definitely be able to take photos together.

The Secret Weapon

Guess what? Daddy and Mummy has gotten themselves a secret weapon. An Electronic Baby Cradle. Hmmm... i'm not able to keep daddy or mummy by my side all the time when i am asleep now. They used to swing my cradle until i have fallen asleep and they got to keep doing so as i will wake up if the cradle stop swinging. Guess they really couldn't take it anymore. Aiyah, they really don't appreciate my good intentions. I am just trying to help them exercise theirs arms so they can tone up their muscles. See what happen now that they gotten the electronic cradle? They are either busy surfing the web, reading magazine on the bed or playing games on the net/DS Lite when their secret weapon is getting to work. Hope they won't get love handles on their arms. Ha Ha Ha!

Home Alone wif Daddy

Daddy achieved a great breakthrough today! He managed to survive 6 hrs taking care of me without mummy in the house. I let mummy off today to go shopping with Auntie Irene and Auntie Angie cos she truly deserves a good break once in a while. Daddy played with me and even managed to clean me up properly when i poo poo. Nope, i swear i did not do it on purpose to test Daddy on his diaper changing/cleaning skills. But i must say he did a pretty good job even he accidentally let me soiled my booties. : p Daddy i give you 90 marks for your effort nevertheless.
Daddy's leave is ending and he will be back to work this coming monday. Daddy, you will be missed by mummy and me. Without you around, our regular trips to the malls will definitely lessen.
